Since opening the doors for business in 2017, LMA Tutoring has been associated with a high level of quality and professionalism. That’s largely because of the concerted effort to deepen the connections within the Dallas-Fort Worth community and to continuously improve the personalized tutoring services we provide.
LMA Tutoring creates a customized curriculum based upon an initial assessment. In addition to homework help, we work with the students to create a mathematical foundation for deeper understanding.
LMA Tutoring also prepares students for standardized tests:
STAAR, ISEE, Duke TIP, Algebra I EOC, PSAT, SAT, ACT, and the TSI Assessment (ACCUPLACER).
These tests include students in Grades 3 - 12.
Annie Chieu
Math Teacher, Founder of LMA Tutoring
Annie Chieu has been instructing mathematics since 2005. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a sequence in education. Her career began in Illinois, where she taught high school math for 3 years. After moving to Texas, she taught at Sachse High School. Because of her passion for working with smaller groups of students, Annie was hired as Center Director of Mathnasium. She then started her own private math tutoring business in 2017 and has been tutoring throughout the Dallas area.
